Today was my third visit to the park, but the first time, I actually went into the palm house. It's a bit smaller than expected and had a smell of maybe horse/cow manure?
I had fun identifying the plants. Yes, i chose to ignore the cards on some of them, which may have made this easier. It was midterm, and an activity for kids was going on at the time of my visit.
It was a cold day, but I got ice cream 🙂🙂

Beautiful and relaxing space surrounded by greenery. Had live music when I visited, but not sure how often they play.

Wanted directions to sefton park palm house. When I asked for directions Google maps took me to the wrong end of the lake. Had a 20 minute walk to the other end of the lake and another 20 minute walk back. Should have directed me to sefton park car park at the far end of the lake.

I would highly recommend you going to a concert at Sefton Park Palm House.
Last night, my friends and I went to the palm house where a string quartet performed a candlelight tribute to Coldplay & Imagine Dragons.
The scene was further enhanced by listening to music as the sky changed from light to dark. Seeing and hearing the rain fall on the glass, watching the string quartet perform amongst the sea of candles, and being in the company of large tropical plants was truly magical.
There were plenty of car parking spaces available, and the staff were both efficient and friendly.

Very nice venue for a gig. Acoustics were outstanding. Quartet were stunning. Organised by fever. Lovely candlelit gigs in unusual places. But. Squished on to small seats but staff all very nice and a decent coffee and cake first too

We had a lovely romantic evening at The Palm House in Sefton Park Liverpool
The event was amazing & the facilities for a disabled customer like myself had everything I needed & it was all accessible
The evening & setting was very romantic & we look forward to are next one with Fever Candlelight events
